How to cancel a accepted offer due to buyer error

I had an item up for auction and accepted an offer from a buyer

The buyer later realised they put in a offer with a figure that was incorrect

Can you advise how I can cancel this transaction as the offer was higher than what the buyer wanted to pay . I can then relist the item 

but not pay commission on money I have not received
