My buyer has taken out an item not received case against me. i have checked the order details and it shows item delivered. Buyer claims she has not received the delivery. Am i supposed to refund and lose item and costs.
You need to add your tracking to the case and provided it shows delivery to the address Paypal gave you when the buyer paid then the case will close in your favour and you won't have to refund.
