Hi everyoneI'm just a bit puzzled why i have had quite a few non-payments lately. No communication from the buyers. I hate taking out non-payment cases but that seems the only option.Am i only one , or is this a common occurence

Buyer taken out a case of item not received. Ebay order states item delivered

HiMy buyer has taken out an item not received case against me. i have checked the order details and it shows item delivered. Buyer claims she has not received the delivery. Am i supposed to refund and lose item and costs.
