Hi,
Thanks for the info. As you can probably tell, I don't sell that often. So how does buyer protection work if there's no postage and it's collection only? Seems a pointless charge if the buyer is collecting? I mean; he/she either collects or they don't. Maybe I'm looking through the wrong end of the microscope but this charge seems more like a top up for Ebay? Ooops! Probably get thrown off Ebay now!

It's nothing more than a buyer fee no matter which way eBay dress it,there is no more protection than already offered with the MoneyBackGuarantee,the only difference is 24/7 customer support when it's available and not run by autobots.
