I have a large list of unsold items I can't relist them as my selling limits have been hit. I'm struggling to have the limits increased.
When I spoke with an advisor earlier today they said my seller level had dropped in December 2024.
The seller level dropped as my items have a no returns policy and return requests are constantly being opened. I couldn't resolve some of the requests as I didn't have the funds at the time.
Any advice?
