In order for your selling limits to be reviewed the account performance would need to be at an above standard level. If you have had some cases that didn't get resolved then these would be the reason the account has dropped to the below standard level. Your account is evaluated on the 20th of each month and you can check this by going to your seller dashboard here.
I understand you don't offer returns however buyers can still open these type of cases if they have an issue with the item and they would need to be resolved.
If your current or projected seller level has dropped to Below Standard, it's important to focus on minimising cases closed without seller resolution and order cancellations as soon as possible – this will help to improve your performance on these metrics at the next evaluation.
