Anyone else no longer seeing the maximum offered compensation when selecting their delivery service? Both me and a friend are no longer getting it which is kinda annoying but according to customer support this is a "rare occurrence". So how about y'all, is this some daft new ui change or is it really just some rare issue for only my friend and I?

Hi @metro0o ,
Thank you for the post.
We haven't received further reports of this currently. If the listing is already live can you create another draft listing to see if it is still shows you the postage options without the compensation?
Thank you,
Kat

Hi @metro0o ,
Tech are finding it difficult to replicate the steps on the current draft listings on your account as the delivery service don't seem to bring up the list.
Can you create a new draft but not select any delivery service/postage options. Save it and give me the url of that draft back here?
Thank you,
Kat

Hi Kat,
Here's the link for the draft, I couldn't really have the postage option as blank as it automatically chose a shipping method, hope this won't interfere with things:

and here's a picture showing the lack of compensation details:
Best regards

Same problem here - supposed to send an item worth £350 with absoloutly no idea how much it's insured for. One buyer has has purchased something from me for £250, paid postage and now I need to send it insured up to £25 or cover additional postage costs... Not acceptable

seems to be fixed now, thank you
