My items are not being relisted automaticly as before and even the day after they have finished which leaves me with no listings at all on some days. I now am deleting my listings because I cannot cope with this situation. What is wrong with E bay ?

Hi @petiteo , thanks for your post.
I reviewed your listings and see that the Auto-relist setting has been unticked.
When you relist your items, you just need to tick the Auto-relist option to have your listings automatically relisted. We'll relist it then up to 8 times if the item doesn't sell.
If you are using a mobile app, it might be easier from the desktop/laptop via the browser as you can use the Bulk-relist.
Let me know if you need any further help.
Thank you,
Anita

Hi @djw002, thanks for your post.
I looked into this and it appears that you are using a third party tool to list your items, is that correct?
Thank you,
Anita

yes been using third party tool for 20 years.
But all was good up to 4 days ago.

Can you tell me where exactly the auto-relist box is. I have never seen it and have been relisting individually. But I would like to get automatic listing on unsold auction items but I can't find anywhere on the listing page to request this

Underneath your starting price when listing. Tick box and it allows you 8 automatic relists before you tick it again.

This must depend on the device you use , as the auto relist for me is in a different place, I'm using a laptop.
To the right of Format Auction, you need to tick on the 2 tiny wavy lines See pricing Options. From the drop down menu there, you can see where to select Auto relist.

Are you sure you have selected Auction in Pricing >> Format?
If the Buy it Now is still selected you will not see Auto relists as BIN items auto relist automatically after 30 days if not sold.
Select Pricing >> Format to Auction, then click on the wavy lines next to See pricing options, Auto Relist is second from bottom.

Where is this auto relist when using a mobile phone to relist? I can not find it anywhere. It is so frustrating to keep relisting items after a week especially as you have to re-do the custom postage charge as well. It means I spend time relisting items instead of listing new items. Relisting used to be automatic for 7 or 8 times not cancelled after a week. So frustrating that this was not made clear on the listings. It is only after getting so annoyed by listings not being relisted automatically, I then have tried to find out the reason why but I still cannot find the answer. Then to find this confusing information on how to use this, which I still cannot on the mobile phone items I want to relist.

This feature does not seem to be available on either of your mobile apps which I have used for years, when I go into the Web and toggle on the button to auto resist its toggled to on but my items are not relisting automatically

Under Simple Delivery, the auto relists for auctions has been changed.
It's only available now for listings created by new and occasional sellers, the option will not show for other sellers.
Buy it Now items do still auto relist if not sold.

Thank you for the reply it just means that the 300 free listing will be taken up with relisting items rather than new ones. Just wanted to clear out the house might be better doing a carboot sale
Just when they finally sorted out the simple delivery they take away the auto relisting oh well
