It's tracking which needs to show delivery of the item to release the payout sooner, that is, 2 days after the delivery date.
Not sure if eBay Customer still do this, but contact them, do so tomorrow morning preferably at 8 a.m. when there's more chance of Dublin answering, ask if they could change that tracking for you.

As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
If this was a Simple Delivery item, then inform your buyer the postage they paid wasn't used so they will see a refund for this, but it can take around 30 days to process.
