Can’t relist without option to remove promote listing on app

Trying to relist some unsold stuff but I can’t  find any option to remove the promotion I had on the original one 

it’s been a few months since I’ve listed and I didn’t think all my items were promoted anyway so now wondering if promoting is a default or something and one I can’t get rid of ?

Try Seller Hub > Advertising

when I had accidentally created Campaigns, I was able to bulk end them there.
