I was shocked to see the video on you tube from a couple who sold a brand new car light on ebay and it was returned damaged the way the situation was handled by ebay was a real eyeopener and that was for a valuable item ,so no hope if you have something returned that is not valuable ,just proves ebay favours the buyers and scammers
