So, as UK sellers, we are encouraged to use 'eBay labels'. A buyer in New Zealand purchases an item, you send it, with the Royal Mail Tracking updated to the order. The buyer kindly messages you to say they have received the item and are very happy. The buyer leaves you Positive Feedback. Will eBay release the funds due to me ? No. Because NZ Post haven't updated the delivery/tracking (and never will)... over 2 hours in 'chat' to an AI Bot, that just kept telling me to 'update the tracking'.... Ridiculous !

Yep, those are the new rules, feedback doesn't count, well it will do at the end of February but Only for items under the value of £10.
Tracking has to be entered when marking dispatched, when that tracking shows delivery the payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.
That is how it's supposed to work and on here, we are hearing it's working for some, for others their tracking is just not in sync with eBay's tracking and it's this that counts.
If you find yours is in that situ, then contact eBay Customer Services give them the tracking showing delivery and they should release the payout for you, but I Strongly recommend contacting CS only very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays there's more chance of Dublin answering . Only speak to Dublin for this.

As per eBay:
"For untracked deliveries, or tracked deliveries with no delivery confirmation, the seller will receive payment 14 days from the order date."
How long ago did the buyer order? Also, did you send the item directly to them or was sent via eBay's Global Shipping Programme?
