no support from Ebay

I bought  this item last year , today I don't  have my money back because ebay said item been delivered , and seller won't give me back my money either , so no item been pick up so can't  be returned  because I don't  live in MK , when I bought  the item was click and collect ,Item supposed to be there few days before Halloween  so I can collect there but because  communications seller was *bleep* not even bother to reply me I just want cancel the order... and here we go... one year later seller never give me my money and Ebay scratching their  *bleep* and laughing on my face

example, 1 your ordered item what happened next break it up then we can understand your issue if it was Halloween your out of time for action from ebay.

Hi mate this order is not last Halloween  its from 18 octubre 2023 I have complaining so  many times to the seller he doesn't give a F...k  and ebay  same ,think about they don't  bother to look this post .

You have to open a case for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

eBay guarantees you a refund if you open a case within 30 days, but you cannot wait months and expect a refund

Sorry but you left it too late, your money is gone

The seller - if he  sent it - would provide eBay and you with a code number or barcode that you take to the C&C point. 

If you do not take it you will not be given the item. You have only 7 days from eBay notification.

If he did not send it you should have opened a non-delivery case within 30 days of the date for delivery.  You do not contact the seller, you open a case with eBay.  If the seller can prove he sent it and it was delivered to the shop then I am afraid that eBay will not refund.  

Neither eBay nor the seller will see this post.  This is a members' forum where we give help and advice to the best of our ability.

The end result of leaving it so long is you have lost your money and your item.

We are just members like yourself we have not employed by eBay.

you get 30 days after the last expected delivery date to open a case.

The seller has 4 days to respond , you can then escalate to get eBay to step in and make a decision based on the evidence.

Hopefully you will represent yourself a little clearer then you have on here.

But i am afraid you are too late now hope it wasn't very expensive.

Next time come here first before you take any action. (or no action)
