Promoted Listings & Cancellations

Several times now had a sale followed by an immediate cancellation. I see the fees being refunded but not the 20% odds charged to promoted listings. I take it if someone buys and cancels, ebay keep their profit even tho u were just rinsed by the timewaster? why am i even surprised.

I'm not sure how up to date this is, but fees are refunded according to the section:

"How can I see the ad fees I am being charged for Promoted Listings Standard and the ad fee credits for returned or cancelled items?"

I've just seen it refunded back. Thanks. I honestly was going to go mental because they showed all the refunds happening and didn't mention the promo fee.

So just to confirm that when the buyer cancelled the sale, you did get the promotional fee refunded ? Was it straight away though?

Promoted fees are refunded back but there is a time lapse so initially you don't see the refund at the time of the cancellation but it will appear within a short space of time
