i did not sell anything in December until the 28th but January and February have been pretty good, certainly better than last year.  It happens.

I am a private seller with 4500 items on sale

First 3 months of 2025 I did £1700.

So far in April I have done £30!

Desperate times!

Don't know how your sales are going now, but personally I would be unlikely to buy personalised gifts from somebody who apparently can't spell!

Doesn't give off the vibe that you will take care with the chosen personalised text!

Your feedback percentage is not good, you are denying buyers their consumer rights when buying from a business, and your prices include the  buyer protection fee,  unnecessarily. 

Those might be contributory factors.
