Anyone else experiencing a glitch with eBay's new seller payment system? I've an item that, on the courier website, has been delivered, and the buyer has left feedback also.
Meanwhile on the eBay summary of the item, it says it's not been delivered therefore my funds haven't been released, this has been stuck for over a week since delivery and since feedback received... Is this a glitch that they're yet to fix? It's rather frustrating as nothing I do seems to get eBay to "catch up" with the courier website that says "delivered" with proof.
Seems to me if eBay are going to make a promise of "payment 2 days after delivery" for tracked items to the seller, they should at least make sure their system syncs with the couriers they offer on the postage options they host...
