eBay removed a woodcarving gouge set even if listed with age verification posting

This woodcarving gouge set is a tool set for wood carving work.  As per the policy, it has been listed with the Age Verification posting which is double the price of the usual Tracked48 small parcel via RM.

Ebay sent email saying the item had been removed because it violated the policy.  The listing must be revised for age verification posting before it could be active again.  When trying to revise it, it is all within the policy with the age verification posting.

The whole part of the listing is locked so it cannot be edited or revised too.  What is going on here?

This problem is for the other account we use for selling only.

i had a diecast model removed because it advertised a knife polish!!!!!!!!!!!!

The woodcarving gouge set is work tool for carving woods.  And it was listed for age verification posting via Royal Mail.  But it was removed for no reason at all.   There were about 40 watchers for the tool.  

What does it need to be done to be listed again?
