eBay Assured Fit (Hide the option Tactics)

Hi all, has anyone noticed whilst ebay ramp up there advertising about assured fit (free returns for buyers whos car parts did not fit paid for buy ebay) (over the radio and various other places i have heard it) they decide on the mobile app to slyly hide the option (doesn't fit) so unless your quite tech savvy and know you need to pull down on the list you wont even be able to find the option,

i wondered why my returns metrics have started to suddenly increase over the last couple of weeks with multiple buyers selecting 'recieved wrong item' which was not the case on all of them.

Have you also seen an increase in the number of returns opened (for any reason) where the vehicle details on their order do not match your compatibility table? I keep getting them. eBay have changed something and it is no longer making it clear to buyers that the part is not listed for their model. I can't remember it happening once until late last year and now it happens weekly.

When are ebay going to listen to their sellers. Their fitment chart doesnt work. Its too broad. The only way you can do assured fit it is by part number.

I dunno if this has anything to do with it but : I just looked up something for me (no giggling at the back there....)

'Panache Non-Wired Sports Bra Black'   size 34gg,  which apparently has  'tyre fitting available' !!?

'Assured fit' maybe taking it a bit too far......
