buyer won't share collection code

I have sold an item and the buyer has collected it but didn't share collection code. Now the buyer won't reply to messages and emails asking for the collection code. Since i don't have the collection code i get receive any payment, is there anyway around this issue. Thanks

Without the code the money will be released anyway in up to 21 days.  But as a new seller ebay may hold the payment for 30 days.  That's a separate issue.

To avoid the wait in future, do not hand over items being collected until you have been given the code. Id also input the code while the buyer is there too so you know the code is correct. No code, no collection (can you tell Ive Id problem buyers in the past? 😆)
