I understand that eBay wants to change although I don't like it. However, I have been able to list quickly using the app. Since they have added Simple delivery the app forces me to use a browser which takes so much longer! Does anyone know if this will resolve. I will have to seriously consider a different selling platform if it's going to take longer, I just don't have the time. Nothing selling this week either, so perhaps eBay is dying on its feet for the private seller.

Their modus operandi of public beta testing and "we're working on it" is amateur hour.

I've got this same problem I've phoned up twice now and not been able to get any help that actually works. Not listed anything for days and all Sunday not sold anything even tho Sundays are usually best day for selling. I feel same as you. eBay says no one else reported this as a problem so must be my phone. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing works

I got a message on the app telling me to use a browser, I think it was because I had policies set up for payment, returns and postage and assume I couldn't use them on the app anymore.

I used the ebay website on a desktop computer and was able to list.
I think you should be able to use the ebay website on a mobile or tablet but might have to take the app off to stop it directing there, but I'm not expert so can't say definitely.

Yeah that works but it does take longer. I used to be able to list on the so quickly and easily but using the browser on my phone is just a terrible experience. eBay rep did say I might need to upgrade my phone but it's only like 3 years old

Ebay did recently update the app and it is no longer compatible with older phones so that might be the problem. For android I believe a phone/tablet must have android 10 or above now.

I just checked my phone and I'm using android version 14 which is the most up to date so it can't be that. But thanks for trying to help
