Ive had 3 sales since the 6th and all the payouts are still showing as being available multiple days after the estimated delivery date, I am fully eligible for receiving the funds within 24 hours (as ebays 'timeline' states) yet Ive had 4 sales be put on hold consecutively (one had to be cancelled, 3 sales).

Thank you @moonlight-rhapsody
I see the poster has come back with some more lovely posts. Cannot understand why the anger is directed at us when we are facing the same issues, and are not happy at the situation also, but trying to do our best to help others. 🤔
Oh well, ours is not to reason why........ 🤗

"Your Sellers Rating is below 10"
Can I ask where to find the figure for Sellers Rating please. All I can find is where it says "Above Standard", but no figures.
On the Hub page, press Feedback Section. The 'Feedback Profile' page will come up showing the 'Sellers Rating'.

Nothing shows up for me, what does detailed feedback mean btw; I have more than 10 feedback as a seller.

Your Seller Ratings, it says nothing as you say.
The reason for this is it is on a monthly sliding scale over 12 months, constant Positive Sales feedback is needed to stop holds being put on a Sellers Sales Funds.
This month the info is showing you have received 3 Feedbacks from your sales. Positive Feedbacks from your purchases do not count.
A quicker turnover of cheaper value sales help to get over the 10 Sellers Rating.
Both my relative and myself found this when we started selling & were classed as infrequent sellers. My account was solved quickly as I sell low value items quicker, but my relative sells higher value items, so tops her sales up with low value items to stop her funds being put on hold.

So I need to sell not just 10 things within the SAME month, I also need feedback on them. Apparently Im not even eligible for getting my funds after payment as Ive just gotten a message from ebay saying theyll be available 72 hours after delivery, yet theyre still on hold (72 hours after delivery was the usual). According to an eBay agent, my account is eligible. Also, I now need to update my account details again. Genuinely what is happening😭.
Also is there any way I can remove the 'accept as answer' thing. This has never happened to me, Ive sold on multiple eBay accounts

Can i ask what they are seeking from you that you haven't already supplied?
Someone may be able to help.

You have sold 4 items in August with Positive Feedback on 3 items.
If the other sale shows delivery but the Buyer does not give Feedback, then eBay now gives an automative feedback after approx. 14 days.
If you want regular payout of your sales funds, then you have to maintain your Sellers Rating over 10.

As you have not said what eBay are asking you to update, it is difficult to comment.
You do not have to accept an answer, so just ignore it.
