Ive had 3 sales since the 6th and all the payouts are still showing as being available multiple days after the estimated delivery date, I am fully eligible for receiving the funds within 24 hours (as ebays 'timeline' states) yet Ive had 4 sales be put on hold consecutively (one had to be cancelled, 3 sales).
Solved! Go to Solution.

Your Sellers Rating is below 10 which makes your sales funds go on hold. This Rating is assessed by the quantity of your sales not the monetary value (it is how eBay assesses how the Seller is handling their sales).
My relative solved the same problem by selling very cheap items with quicker turnover to go above & keep over the 10 Sellers Rating, so when she sells more expensive items the sales funds are released quickly.

The receiving payouts within 24 hours after the buyer pays comes with T & C's.
To qualify, you need to:

I have met these criteria.

I am too polite to say what I think about this. I have just come off the phone with eBay regarding this. I asked him how he thought that, after 20 years of buying and selling on here with 100% feedback and no issues with buyers, and multiple sales over the past year, he thought that I didn't `fit` the criteria for 24-hour payouts!!!????
Infuriating!!. I don't know who eBay think they are anymore!! He told me I was classed as a `casual` seller!!
(Selling on here since 2005!?) Also told me that because I was `out of stock `on one sale that I didn't fit!!!???
I told him that, for his information, it was not that at all! I cancelled the order as I changed my mind!! That's MY perogotive ebay!!!
Anyway, eBay now think they are GODS!! Interfering with everything, making you tow the line...
WE WERE BETTER OFF WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE STUPID IDIOTIC RULES ON HERE, TRYING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO BUY THEIR STUPID LABELS AND USE THEIR STUPID `SIMPLE DELIVERY`!!
If you post something yourself, even with tracking, you are penalised.
Well, f*** eBay!!!!
Im closing my account! Plenty of other online resources!! If thats all the LOYALTY I get for having `an above sellers dashboard, 100% feedback forever and no issues!!!!
Done!!

Well you would say that wouldnt you
For your information... I fit ALL the criteria after 20 years! But still eBay want to find fault!!?? Rubbish!

Oh okay great so no matter what I do, I will most likely never qualify for it. Not even a business account will save me from this stupidity either

@tressygirl What else?

I have litteraly had a single late delivery, no transaction defects nor return cases. If you know anything else please say.

Umm, I find that comment a little rude! Why with the.... ' you would say that wouldn't you 🤔 ' ? I am just repeating eBay's announcement re the T & C's for an earlier payout. I have no access to your account or the OP's so would not know if this criteria had been met.
We all remember that Simple Delivery was announced to happen on 15th April, and the rollout for this kept rolling, with many lucky peeps still finding custom postage up to the 6th August.
It's quite possible that this date 6th August, may not trigger for all members, who knows?

It is almost certainly the value of the items that you have sold recently that is causing the hold:

Hi, @tressygirl no one here keeps a more patient level headedness than you.

Thanks again @suelel1968 , must admit a tin hat and thick skin, is sometimes needed here. 🙄 😊

"Your Sellers Rating is below 10"
Can I ask where to find the figure for Sellers Rating please. All I can find is where it says "Above Standard", but no figures.

I'm sure the vast majority of forum members appreciate the help and advice you give. As for the rest, well, they're takers not givers, and best ignored.
