Where has 'Reply with offer' gone?

I received a cheeky messaege with an offer, and it was a little low

Went to click reply with offer and its not there, Desktop and App

Has it been removed?

How do we create sales with communication/messagiing system?

I think there may be more than one messaging layout these days? Using Seller Hub, if I receive a message there is a button top right of the message to send an offer. If a conversation has taken place the whole conversation is displayed and the button is top right of the whole conversation. I am apparently using "updated messaging".

All I have at the top-right of my message window are the three dots for "Help & report". I have the "new" SMS/Facebook style messages and I can't see an option to send an offer anywhere. The only thing I have noticed new/different is a toggle button for "eBay AI" responses at the bottom-left of the page.

This feature does not always appear, eBay decides when it does. The good news is that eBay announced at OPEN25 that all offers will be integrated into messaging (bringing all your offer methods into one place). Hopefully this will mean that Reply with Offer becomes standard.

I get the same on Business and Private accounts

Why would you remove a good selling tool?

Changes regularly implimented with no foresight, why dont they test before hand, same old, same old

Same item, another offer from a different seller, this time the 'Send Offer' button is there.

The only difference between the two offers was one was typed alphabetically (five) and the other offer was typed (5)

Half an hour later, gone in to check the offers gone through and its not in the Message system that you've even sent an offer to the customer.

If you click marketing then offers, then find your inventory you CANT tell by buyers username and its hidden but can tell by time left, Ive only 3 active listings. 

Why would you not show in the messaging system or marketing system that you've responded to your customer message?

Additionally it just looks unread, ability to send offer is not there and and I have one unread message?

All confusing and messy
