I’ve been facing repeated issues with VeRO violations on eBay, and I’m not sure how to avoid them properly. These violations have happened multiple times, and I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me on how to prevent this in the future.

Can you please let me know what steps I should take to stay compliant and avoid infringing on design or trademark rights?

We are not ebay we are buyers and sellers like yourself. 

You need to tell us what the item is that has caused you issues, however once ebay state its in breach, there is no point in relisting it unless you want to be suspended.

I'm not sure you've understood.
If you have been getting VERO violations - you must know the listings that have been removed. If you can share the listings that were removed - or the content of them then it might be possible to advise what they may have been removed for.
