Has anyone had dealings with this buyer?
Bought a Sonos Bluetooth speaker from me. Sent by royal mail tracked 48 and have photographic proof of delivery. Still showing as he hasn't received the item. I believe he has bought items under a different name and scammed sellers as reported under Reddit. E Bay saying no rules have been broken so far. Any advice appreciated.

He got paid back by ebay but i did not.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CON MAN.
It's very unusual for eBay to side with a buyer for an "item not received" claim when tracking indicates the item was delivered. Usually this only happens when a signature hasn't been obtained on delivery for an item worth £450 or more or the seller didn't provide tracking to the case that was opened by the buyer. If it was a "Simple" Delivery label you should not have been held liable at all for any loss or damage in transit regardless what the tracking stated.
What exactly did eBay state in the case when they decided it in this user's favour? You may be able to get your money back but it depends on exactly what eBay stated when they closed the case.

This guy has tried to get me twice now. The aggressive message demanding I upload the tracking immediately made my spidey senses tingle and after a quick Google of his usernames listed on his page I could not belive what I read. I cancelled both the orders so he got nothing from me but the first time he tried was LAST YEAR and the second one just today. I immediately recognised the account name. Last year though! Shows how much eBay respect their sellers eh?! You said you banned him, how did you do that? I have just ended all my listings AGAIN, had a camera and some lenses for sale, but didn't know you could ban people from buying your listing's?

Hi,
If you just type "How to block buyers on eBay" the first eBay result will take you straight to it on your account
