I’ve had a seller request a cancelled order as he was moving and the account had his old address. I cancelled and relisted my item and told him to make sure his address is up to date if he’s attempting the purchase again. But he’s done exactly the same - requested another cancellation for same reason! Should I just send to the old address (I can’t change his address on the order) or just cancel again and block him? Not sure if it’s a scam and that if I send to old address he’ll find a way to get the money back and keep the item. Or is he just a bit dim? It’s already wasted a fair bit of my time. Thanks for advice.

Good Evening James
Do as he has requested, cancel and put him on your blocked list. Do not give him the opportunity of bidding/buying again. Don't waste anymore of your time on him.

There are several places to change address on ebay and he may just be changing his registration address. Send him this link:
https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses
and tell him to make sure he changes his delivery address. After that I'd give him on last chance.

I do that, really can't be bothered with time wasters or mega awkward buyers.
I had one last year who bought an item, emailed me saying cancel it as we didn't do click and collect which she only does, then proceeded to write me a huge message about how we should run our business in the future.
I relisted the item so it would enable click and collect, she bought it then asked for a refund as it didn't fit when it arrived. She'd not read the simple item description, just looked at the photo's and tried to fit the product to something that was clearly explained it wouldn't fit in the description.
Blocked from ever buying again.
