So the saga ends. I sold a largish item and "simple" delivery has only one option - collection by DHL. 3 days later, 3 emails promising collection, 3 no shows (doorcam footage to prove), 3 LIES on tracking that the "premises were closed' (our family home with someone at home all the time), 3 support tickets at DHL unanswered, and 3 hours (and 20 minutes) on chats and eBay advise either posting it independently or cancel the sale. Only I can't cancel it because the screwy tracking system logs any entry by DHL as the package being on the way, even messaging my buyer that it was out for delivery when it was at my front door.
