Simple Delivery and Royal Mail Collections

I’ve seen this question asked over and over this weekend, will I be able to get a Royal Mail collection with Simple Delivery?

According to the FAQ you can…

“Collection is available for items sent through Simple Delivery with Royal Mail labels only. You can book a collection on the Royal Mail website after you create your Simple Delivery label.”

Let's see them try to fit this in a small envelope 😡 It's certainly over 100 grams more like a good few kilos and I always double box and pack vintage china well
