So I read Simple Delivery - Terms & Conditions. The point number 10 got my attention.
Now if the buyer does not collect the item the item will be sent back to you and you will be expected as a seller to refund the cost of the item and postage. Can anyone clarify it?
So if the buyer changed their mind they can simply refuse the collection and get their money back?

With simple delivery it will be ebay that refund outgoing postage, return postage is for the seller to refund where applicable. Change of mind returns is a buyer funded return or should be.

I'm talking about a buyer not collecting the goods from their local post office. Is it something new? The buyer can decide - 'I don't want this item anymore. I won't be collecting it.' or they go on holiday and forget to collect it in time. You get it back and you pay the buyer the cost of purchase and postage.

'You get it back and you pay the buyer the cost of purchase and postage.'

You'll have to refund the purchase cost definitely.
Postage cost? Surely not?
Postage is supposed to have *nothing* to do with the seller, money wise, with Simple Delivery....
