Hi
Can I please ask. I have had an ebay account for many years but never bought or sold outside of the UK.. I would like to maybe start selling to
people in Europe or the USA could you please advise how I would do this & how much approx do you put on the postage the items would be badges/magnets/pins nothing large/heavy...& what postage system do you use.
Can you just state USA & Europe?
Is there any extra cost for sellers to sell abroad? Ie
customes etc
Thanks

If you add an international postage price and method to the countries you wish to ship to, then buyers in those countries will be able to see your listings when they search for a particular item.
Select the countries or regions that you want to ship to here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
Your buyers will be charged import VAT at eBay checkout on top of your item price.
eBay does have a Global Shipping Programme, where they do all the work for you - all you have to do is to send the items to the UK shipping hub, but it can work out expensive and off putting for buyers when the items are small and non-expensive.
The US is a bit of an issue at the moment because there's a 10% tariff plus ad admin fee to pay up front by the seller. It likely won't be worth you including the US right now.
Accepting international payments does cost you - eBay charge an international fee of 3% if the delivery address for the item (entered by the buyer during checkout) is outside the UK. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the sale and is automatically deducted from your sales proceeds. The total amount of the sale includes the item price, any handling charges, postage, and any applicable taxes.

As mentioned above, Global Shipping Program is easiest for new international Sellers. eBay does most of the work for you, including handling most returns and refunds (you keep the money from the sale). You must send to all GSP countries, but you do this by only sending to the UK hub - eBay does the rest, including taxes and tariffs.
