I am a business seller, in the last 5-6 years when a buyer opened a return case for any reason -either INR or Remorse- Ebay used to issue a return label automatically and charge us for that label.
We do offer free 30 days return for any reason.
However recently they stopped doing this and I need to purchase the labels manually for each return.
Anyone having the same issue and figured out a solution for this?

I have checked that, it is all good, nothing has changed!
Returns are accepted automatically, however label won't issue anymore.

Something is definitely not correct in your account set up, as no one else is reporting it, so it's not a fault at eBay's end.
Contact eBay Customer Services, they have full access to your account, and can hopefully see where the issue lies.
I do strongly recommend contacting CS only first thing in the morning when the lines open for ' live agents' as there's more chance of Dublin answering at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends.
If they do give you a solution please come back and tell us, as it may help us if someone else does come along with this issue, thank you !

Morning,
I have already contacted Ebay CS on chat and on the phone as well. On the chat they confirmed there is nothing they can do, all setting are correct!
On the phone the lady said she does not see any issues, and can't help so I would need to buy the labels manually for each return!

What a frustrating CS reply! Hopefully everyone who has this issue will report it each time it comes up, so that the Techies can see a pattern to this glitch and fix it.

Have you checked that the RMA number is turned off? Sometimes ebay manage to change your settings without notification.

It was turned off, Rep on chat told me to turn it on to see if it solves the problem!

No, that was the wrong advice. Turning it on will ensure that the label ISN'T automatically issued.
