Removing item with policy violation

Months ago I tried to list cordless BT phones. Somehow it came up as a policy violation, Reference ID 2-192369961883.

I did use the resolve option at the time but never heard back and have since thrown the item away. Now the options to 'revise, end listing, start appeal' do nothing if you click on them. The item is stuck in my eBay as a policy violation.

I would like to remove it but cannot see the option and hoped that would have been taken down by now.

Removing item with policy violation

When a policy violation is issued the listing is just stuck there, it can't be deleted or revised. It will eventually disappear (90 days, I think), so just ignore it in the meantime.

Okay, that's good to know, thank you very much for your reply, I appreciate it as I was not able to reach an agent though chat at the time.
