I cannot see the option to remove Auto relisting for an Auction on the current version of Ebay (Private Seller). Here is a screen grab of what I see on the desktop version. The option doesn't seem to appear or am I looking in the wrong place.
Also, if I am charged a fee for using a reserve, does that mean I will be charged the fee again when it is automatically relisted (even though I seemingly have no control over the relisting process)? I currently have an item on an auction which has bids on it but they are way short of the reserve.

No, you've got it - on that screenshot I can see that you haven't selected auction, the format is showing as Buy It Now, just change that to Auction and the relist option will appear.

In the pricing section look to the right for the menu icon 'see pricing options' and click on it, you'll then see
eBay's fee page for private sellers states:
We charge upgrade fees when you list your item, and these fees are non-refundable. If you choose to manually relist your item, optional listing upgrade fees apply again. We don't charge these fees again for your listings that are set to automatically renew or relist.

I have posted a screenshot with my earlier post. Can you tell me which icon in that screen shot you are referring to? As I cannot see any such icon.

It's the one in the screenshot I posted earlier screenshot, top right of it. Two horizontal lines with a circle on each.
The 'see pricing options' icon is located top right:

I don't have that screen and I cannot get to it. My screen looks totally different. See below.

Looks kinda the same to me, what device are you using?

Windows 11 Desktop using Microsoft Edge browser.
I can't see the icon you describe. Can you see it in my screenshot?
As soon as I select Auction, the options shown in the screenshot are displayed.

Don't forget I am a private seller.

I took that screenshot from a private selling account, I've no idea why you can't access that menu and all of the features in it.

Interesting. Perhaps it's changed very recently. But in your screen shot the menus are drop downs and in mine they are sliders. I think the screen shots look very different.

They're not dropdowns, they're toggle switches, same as yours.
If you look at the very top of the listing tool does it show the Photos & Video fields same as the screenshot below:

That is a drop down menu.
It looks nothing like mine.
I can see I am getting nowhere with you.

Don't be so impolite when somebody is trying to help you, sometimes it is a game of twenty questions to find out where you are. If you can answer the question about what's at the top of the listing tool we can work out where you are and how to proceed. It looks like you may be using an older listing tool.
If you can't see Photos & Videos at the top, but it starts off with Title instead then you need to change to the newer listing tool in Seller Hub.

Apologies if that came across as rude but I was getting slightly frustrated when you described the interface as being kinda the same. Now that you mentioned the Seller Hub that does seem useful!
I was using the default Ebay format but now I have found the Seller Hub and I have tried it. It does give more options but sadly the Auto relist option has been replaced by Private listing. See below
So still no solution.

Yes you are correct. In my haste and excitement at getting that screen, I forgot to select Auction.
Auto relist now appears above Private listing.
It's a pity nobody told me about the Seller Hub before. I was unaware that it was available for private sellers.
Even the support guy from Ebay didn't mention it when I told him about the problem.
Anyway thanks for your help. We got there in the end. Apologies again regarding my frustration.

You're very welcome, glad we got there in the end!
