£10.00 limit for simple delivery opt out

Bit confused here, I’ve looked at various postings but still not sure of the cut off limits for mandatory Simple Delivery. 

I’ve read it’s £10.00 and 100 grams mentioned. 

Is this £10.00 and exempt for SD

or is it 100 grams and exempt for SD

or is it a combination of both. 

I’ve listed some items today under £10.00 and over 100 grams but had the option for custom delivery. RM48 take to my local post office, which suits me. 

l’ve also sold an item today (hurray) which was over £10.00, not a lot, but my original postage costs RM48 were included?

It’s 100g and under £10 and must fit in a normal envelope (not large letter) 

SD hasn’t descended full force quite yet ….custom is still hanging around here and there….,its going to be in waves …like aliens attacking
