RE the new Ebayer buyer protection, payment after delivery

The new buyer prorection rules says fund will only be released after items have been delivered. Many of my items are not marked as delivered even though positive feedback has been left. Does this mean I won't get paid as they are not marked as delivered ????? Are we now relying on posties to scan parcels properly ??

Yes, and as a genuine private seller of 25 plus years I wouldn't sell to an ill informed presumpious buyer either.

What do you think a 'genuine private seller' is?

Ebay thinks it's someone getting rid of unwanted personal possessions.

Absolutely right. Think about it, if the courier didn't/couldn't mark the item was delivered, the seller will pursue the courier for compensation - and who gets the keep the buyer's money? 🤔
