Offering best price

Hi, I have an item listed at £14.99 a buyer has asked what my best price would be. I am worried that the buyer protection fee will come off if I was to offer say £12.99…

From what I have read about the new BPF, it will be included in the offer price so you will get less than the £12.99.

If you want to receive £12.99 you would need to make your offer £14.23.

I'm guessing it's the item you have listed @ £16.31 including the BPF ((£14.99 + 4%) + 72p)?

If you have an offer, my advice is refuse it, saying that you will relist at the price offered. The reason being that the BPF will come from your payment NOT the buyers - so you will be even worse off!

Is it the pom pom purse?

that shows to the buyer as £16.31 plus postage

so the suggested by @4_bathrooms  £14.23 may work for you.

If you send an offer you must add it whatever you send so don't send what you want  send it with the fee added if they offer it should be included.

so if you want 12.99 send an Offer with the fee included 75p + 4%

If they send you and offer it will be included
