Hello,
I don't know if anybody else has this problem but more than half my items delivered with Global Shipping Programme don't actually update at Royal Mail's end. They never show as delivered. This never used to be a problem because I could see the second tracking number from Pitney Bowes to confirm it was actually processed by the hub.
Now I don't see to have access to the second tracking number and cannot get access to my funds until it shows as delivered to the hub, which it never will.
And ideas other than to just wait it out?
Thanks

So, just now, I put the Royal Mail tracking numbers for the two items I posted to the GSP hub on Feb 10 (one of which doesn't show up as being delivered to the hub, remember) into this Pitney Bowes link
https://trackpb.shipment.co/track
Lo and behold, there is full tracking there of the items which were both delivered to the buyers on Feb 19.
No update at all still on eBay regarding the items. And furthermore, no release of my money.
I'll be calling eBay in the morning.

Thanks for that information, I did the same and it shows it’s been shipped from the hub where as the listing shows it’s not even been delivered by Royal Mail. Will be in touch with eBay today too.

Great find. I phoned Ebay and they claim that they will manually release the funds in 48 hours so we'll see. Obviously we can't be phoning them up all the time so it's probably worth everybody putting a complaint in so that they sort it out and use the Pitney Bowes tracking too, to determine whether the item has reached their hub.

Same result - called eBay and they said funds will be released as their system shows item has been delivered. Hopefully this is a one off. Thanks for the information.

Brilliant! I found mine to be already processed from the hub, so will be getting in touch with ebay as well! Uff, at least is not lost by RM.

I just spoke to someone at eBay who refused to take a look at the link initially - I asked several times for them to look at the link, with their response the last time being "So you're right and everyone else you've spoken to at eBay is wrong". Lovely attitude there.
They finally agreed to look at the link only if I sent it by email. Once they did, they said that the item hadn't arrived at the GSP hub in Lichfield, despite that clearly being shown and, more fundamentally, the item being with the buyer. According to them and I quote, "the only tracking that matter is Royal Mail's". She says that this is Ebay's policy, so there you have it, folks - eBay clearly want us to ring up every time about this.
That was certainly the most exasperating call I've ever had with an eBay rep, which is a shame as everyone else I've spoken to has been pleasant and helpful. I shouldn't have to practically plead with someone to look up tracking, in order to get my money.
It is beyond ridiculous that I have to wait until February 24 for my funds when I can see that the item was delivered two days ago. It's not my fault that eBay and Pitney Bowes' communication system is seemingly non-existent presently.

That is ridiculous! My expectation now and I guess worst case scenario, is we should get our funds 14 days after the order has been placed...

Thanks for the link just checked mine some missing since 9th all either received or on a plane.
Not one update on Ebay or RM website, just waiting to speak to an Ebay agent now.

Hope you deal with a nicer person than I dealt with. They asked me where did you get that link as if I'd found some clandestine dark web site - except it's the website that eBay's tracking links to when the hub generates their tracking number 😆

Thank you for posting the link, I got here by following a rabbit hole on google as my parcels I sent were the same as everyone else’s. Luckily using the link above I found that it has been received and is on the way. EBay really need to sort this.

It's like someone still insisting that the sky is green when you've shown them a photo of it being blue.

the same location of my item stuck since 14th. You can open a claim with Royal mail for a lost item on 22nd so tomorrow. Don't delay it so the buyer does not claim a refund before you know what is going on with the item.

Have you put the tracking number into the Pitney Bowes link I mentioned above? I bet that will show it to be either at the hub or en route to the buyer.

wow! my item is already in transit to Germany and left the hub but ebay is unwilling to release my funds claiming awaiting delivery to the hub.

yes, that's what I did. what a mess! Royal mail couldn't tell me where is the item and ebay doesn't want to pay me while all is fine and item left the hub a few days ago

Arrange a call from eBay and complain about this ridiculous situation. It's probably the best way of trying to get them to sort out the integration between eBay and Pitney Bowes. This is not good enough now that we have to wait on our funds.
