I sent two games to a buyer, EBay Simple Delivery was automatically applied and I didn’t override as i would usually using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The buyer left negative feedback before the item was even due to arrive, I responded to the feedback. The item and postage was refunded. The item now says delivered - but the negative feedback and my response is still up there - How can i get the negative feedback removed - I have asked the buyer to remove but they are not responding and haven’t removed. Also asked EBay to intervene but basically got a stock repsonse.
So the buyer has essentially had two free games at my expense and i have negative feedback
What can i do?

Please clarify a bit... Was the refund through a Case for each of these two items, if so which type? Who refunded, you or eBay? Did you send a Feedback Revision request already? And did you Chat with eBay or was it over the phone?

Did you refund your buyer before the item was due? If so, why?
Was it through a case? If you refunded outside a case ebay are unlikely to do anything.
Your buyer should open a case, and only then if it is after the dues delivery date.
If your buyer is not responding to your messages there isn't much you can do, except to take legal advice if the value is worth it.
Don't forget to add them to your blocked bidders.
