AS OF 15TH APRIL MY DAYS AS A PRIVATE EBAY SELLER WILL STOP AFTER 19 YEARS.

I AM FED UP OF THE GREED OF EBAY AND I HOPE OTHER EBAY SELLERS DECIDE TO NO LONGER LET THE EBAY CONTROL FREAKS HAVE THIS MUCH CONTROL OVER PRIVATE SELLERS.

but your bank isn’t “following  you” in the sinister way 

they’re letting you know moneys come out of your account 

they know this anyway

No its another glitch, I have above average status in that account and have had so for years. Usually I leave a floating fund for the odd purchase out of my sales balance. 

This time it took from my linked card not my balance as it should have done automatically. 

It should only take from card if the purchase exceeds the ebay balance amount

If that train door is the same one I've looked, which gives those postage costs in the postage details, but the description says "collection only", why is it showing a cost for delivery?  Does the buyer get charged for Simple Delivery even when it's collection?

Sorry - I thought I had similar problem but it was me not following the system.

Ebay had given me all my balance on 1st April. I then made a sale, but tried to spend the proceeds too soon after, and so quite rightly they took the funds from my bank account

i doubt any sane person would expect to get it posted for that then again you never know lol

The staff have been selling stuff privately and giving the money back to the charity .Some stuff they take to auctions too or offer to antique shops .

It is and who knows?  As soon as AI is involved with descriptions or postage, it`s an accident or disaster waiting to happen. My interest is in Railwayana and AI provides the unscrupulous to list "aged" fakes or replicas with absolutely no relevant details or information which would indicate their lack of authenticity. There must  be many buyers that have unknowingly fallen foul of these sellers.   Many, including myself,  have complained to eBay who have shown no interest in the matter.

hilarious ..you have to think for a minute🤣🤣😂   Seriously though any company that brands something 'simple' is setting themselves up for a fall. Maybe they are also falling foul of trade descriptions as it should be 'incredibly complex delivery'
