NO LONGER SELLING DUE TO SIMPLE DELIVERY

AS OF 15TH APRIL MY DAYS AS A PRIVATE EBAY SELLER WILL STOP AFTER 19 YEARS.

I AM FED UP OF THE GREED OF EBAY AND I HOPE OTHER EBAY SELLERS DECIDE TO NO LONGER LET THE EBAY CONTROL FREAKS HAVE THIS MUCH CONTROL OVER PRIVATE SELLERS.

People need to remember why we are all here..... I have seen people on here "investigating" people's account's and making all sorts of claims about Seller's/Buyer's..... In short..... Be nice to each other and support each other.....!!

You maybe right about that, but in all honesty I think it is the only way you are going to save all the information, at least this way, you will only have to go through them individually every 5 or 6 weeks and Re-save them... But I think you will literally have to do something to make sure they update,even add a "."(Full Stop) to the end of a sentence, I know this, because I've done it myself....

Have never tried it, but it looks like you can create copy's of your drafts to templates. Might be worth experimenting with as templates never get deleted.

I have no idea why you or anyone is here.... I presumed it was something to do with Simple Delivery, and I have no wish to annoy you or anyone, I was just stating that we all need to be "nice" to each other, just a personal belief, i have no wish to offend you.

I have saved my descriptions and photos separately, but it's still a daunting thought to start listings from scratch - doing the tickboxes and filling in all the bits of info, and double-checking that ebay haven't put something on the listing that I don't want  - I find just doing one listing takes such an unneccessarily long time.

You have yet to reply with how I misled others. Just stating it out loud doesn't make it true Im afraid. State exactly what statement misled others and I will reply to it. I stated financial sheets from billion dollar companies are not made for most to comprehend fully and I dont work for kpmg. It is though, public knowledge that ebays real numbers that matter have steadily fallen for many years. You cant use profit numbers as you are claiming as a sign of strength. It posted those profits by selling huge amount of assets, stock buyback at inflated prices and major cost cutting. Now instead of just stating I mislead others under some blanket statement, maybe state your position so I can reply. I asked you to "Tell me what there purpose was in pulling that trigger if not to inflate profit numbers and stop shareholder revolt as the companies real numbers were declining steadily." and you just blew it off.

I do agree. I may try and debate with people that disagree but not once have I ever degraded anyone, got personal or just used put downs to respond to other peoples views. Everyone's posts are public and available for anyone to see and read so whether someone is being nice and civil or not is pretty easy to verify and I personally welcome any response pointing out if I crossed any line or used put downs as a defence. That said, everyone is here because they are angry or confused with ebays forced policies and are most likely already highly upset before they type their first sentences and some allowances should be made as long as it doesnt get personal as it does quite often unfortunately.

It's all good.... I like alot of your comments, but as far as the discussion you have been having on company assets,I don't understand a thing about it...... You can have them in drafts for 75 days, that's what I do, then near the 75th day, resume draft then save again for another 75 days.

I already found that out on another thread. I was debating with someone that if ebay is buying a private shippers service and then reselling it for a profit while attaching their own T&Cs to it was actually legal in the UK and they responded with the wrong account by mistake. Woops!
