AS OF 15TH APRIL MY DAYS AS A PRIVATE EBAY SELLER WILL STOP AFTER 19 YEARS.
I AM FED UP OF THE GREED OF EBAY AND I HOPE OTHER EBAY SELLERS DECIDE TO NO LONGER LET THE EBAY CONTROL FREAKS HAVE THIS MUCH CONTROL OVER PRIVATE SELLERS.

Why would it? Do post.

Really! According to your site you have sold 6.3k, i have sold 1.0k. My items are all family owned ones not all 'brand new'. No glass houses in my case!

Why should that rule matter to you given so many others don’t seem to?

I've had an account for 21 years ... In 2006 I sold my Record collection nearly a 1000 records.....in 2016 I sold my CD collection, nearly 4000 CDs..... And so what if stuff is still sealed.... A lot of my records and CDs were all still sealed that I sold(never played), that's what record & CD & DVD collectors do.... We collect and some stuff we never open....! Most of my sales have come from periods of time in my life when I've sold stuff off..... And the last stuff, I literally had on for the past 2 years, with it constantly relisting..... You have had double the sales that I have had in the past year,so if I go by your theory, you are almost definitely a Business Seller..... And if you have such a problem with Simple Delivery, maybe you should upgrade...
My point is .... Maybe you should stop making assumptions about people, who have every right to express their opinions
about Simple Delivery, and maybe you should show unity with people who feel the same about Simple Delivery as you
do,and everyone else does ,rather than nosing into people's accounts and making assumptions that just ain't right ....and trying to bring people down, quite frankly, I am shocked by your attitude

I remember my mother getting Green Shield Stamps from Tesco, sticking them in a book and then exchanging them for goods. Later Argos came about and accepted the books for a while. I can remember her getting the blue Co-op stamps as well.

As well as those mentioned, I remember my Dad with Kensitas cigarette coupons and my Mum with S&H Pink Stamps taking a handful of complete books to redeem them against whatever.

Um.... just out of curiosity.... what's with all the 'test' listings?
Wos all that about ? there appear to a be about 585 of them....!

before simple delivery a seller & buyer could Agee any % of refund of the total including postage its the first thing ebay asks you to do (buyer seller talk about an issue and resolve it ) but now you can not

Like many posters on this thread you don't need a workaround.
"An eBay seller must register as a business if, for example, they sell items they have bought to resell, they make items in order to sell them, or if they buy items for their business."

Nah! Ebay sack (constructively) for not typing on your keyboard for 4 minutes!

A lot of sellers including myself put a test listing on to see if it got changed to SD which in many cases happened confirming that custom delivery is very much on it's way out😟.

'put a test listing on to see if it got changed to SD'
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That make a good deal of sense...... but 585 of them is a bit strange!

I see this week’s community chat was as helpful as ever.

Bang up job everyone’s doing. Make sure you give each other a pat on the back and a round of applause at your next swanky Soho wine bar based meet up. You’ve earned it. 🍾
