Mystified by eBay and how to show an item has been delivered.

I am a British Expat living in Thailand with a long history of using eBay before I emigrated.

I shipped it via DHL from Thailand. 
The item has been fully tracked and marked as delivered by DHL.
The buyer has received it and left positive feedback.
So HOW do I mark it as delivered?!?! The buyer can't and neither can I.

I just discovered that I was supposed to add the DHL tracking number (eBay has changed a LOT over the last 10 years!). I hadn't added it, but I have now submitted it.   Will that somehow help in getting my item marked as delivered?

Another extreme annoyance is that I have to actually wait 30 DAYS before I will receive my own money!

Your buyer can't mark the order as delivered, but leaving feedback will indicate that they've received their item and are happy with it.

When is the status likely to be changed to "delivered", and how does that happen? (It was delivered on the 18th...2 days ago).
