All free but fees will apply if you list more than 300 items in a month or if you add optional upgrades to your listing (such as a reserve). If you post to an overseas address you will be charged 3%.

I thought fee-free ended on December 31, and normal private seller fees would apply from January 1.
It's being continued? Crazy. Absolutely crazy.

Wasn't that the clothing offer for business sellers? No update on that either though.

No percentage is charged on your postage cost.
Private sellers have 300 free listings per month. If you have fixed price Buy It Now listings then they'll carry over and won't be part of the next months 300 free listings. Ergo, you'll have another 300 free listings on top of any that have carried over.
This works the same for auto relist auctions (not ones that are manually relisted though). If your auction doesn't end up with a winning bidder and it's set to automatically relist (up to 8 times) then that listing too will be carried over and won't count towards the next 300 free listings.
Taken from eBay's guidance page for fees for private sellers:

I thought it was the fee-free for private sellers that ended December 31. Maybe I'm wrong - I'm just a mug business seller that's keeping eBay afloat with fees.
If fee-free is continuing into 2025, I'm definitely moving all my items to my private account.

Free selling for private sellers never had an end date. Start moving those items over!

It should bee noted, however, that automatic relists on auctions are now only available to new and occasional sellers:
If you select the auto-relist option (if available) when you create your listing:
Automatic relisting is available for most categories, but there are some exclusions.
Keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers. The option will not show for other sellers.

No, a complete con. There is a foreign transaction charge. Plus from 4th February there is a buyer fee dressed up as some kind of "buyer protection" nonsense. This obviously adds to what the buyer pays and affects your ability to sell something at a certain price. So the seller once again suffers. Ebay essentially hates sellers and this was proven years ago when they stopped us from leaving negative feedback.
Dear Ebay, how about just leaving things alone for 2 minutes?

Not all free then, so why say that?

Can you link me to that T&C please?
I'm probably missing something, but I'm not seeing "Keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers. The option will not show for other sellers.' Where's that T&C?

It's the last paragraph before the section titled "Categories excluded from automatic relisting".
