New changes definition of a successful delivery????

Hi

Has anyone seen anything detailing what a successful delivery means, I know it seems a silly question but it could have a big impact.

Currently it is my understanding eBay would count a tracked attempted delivery (buyer not home etc) as a successful delivery, as in the item has been received by the buyer.

I'm wondering if that's going to change, would be very worrying if the buyer ordered an item then went on a months holiday.

Thanks

No mention of any change to attempted delivery has been made,  so we take it unless notified later to be otherwise,  that still in eBay's eyes ' Attempted Delivery'  is the same as Delivery.

Thanks, maybe dangerous to assume though as it could have a massive impact, not to mention could easily be exploited if the seller has to wait until the item is actually in the buyers hands. Just on eBay chat general agent doesn't know, being passed to specialist........
