Sold an item to a buyer in France through the eBay international shipping programme
the buyer wants to return the item claiming INAD, although I’m not totally happy with that I’m happy to accept the return
how do I go about doing this as the only options that are coming up are to upload my own courier label or use a link from eBay to parcel2Go which is all in french, any ideas guys?!?

eBay's procedures for international returns are pretty ropey but, just do as they suggest. Upload your own label, and, if the buyer is genuine, he will return the item. If you have further problems at that point, come back for more advice.
At the moment, google "can I buy a prepaid label for sending an item from France", and you will find a number of options for purchasing your label.

Hi bristol.vintage.scene, thanks for your post.
Just to confirm and clarify, here you just would need to provide the buyer with a returns label. So, you can buy one yourself and share it through the case with the buyer (make sure that you get a tracked service, otherwise you might not be covered), and then the buyer just needs to send the item back with that label. The other option you have is to do it through the link shared with you, and generate the label in that way, if it's in French, you should have an option to translate the site to English.
If you need further assistance with this case, please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to take a further look for you.
Thank you,
Marco
