As title states. Just wanted some clarification on this. The block list states:
"If you don't wish to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will be unable to bid, buy, make an offer or send you messages on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5,000 members."
Does this include if they've recently bought from me?
Currently dealing with a very difficult/paranoid buyer - but I want to make sure they can still contact me for this sale and this sale only.
Break down of the situation:
- Item sells 18th Feb with note from buyer asking me to package it well (okay, a little annoying since all of my feedback praises my packaging).
- I print label on evening of the 18th, it is 2nd Class.
- Receive a message from the buyer on the 19th at 8am saying "the tracking number is not working" (it's a postage ID not a tracking number...)
- I let him know the above and also inform him that I posted the item at around 12pm to which they thank me for.
- Buyer messages me today, the 20th, saying that the item has not arrived yet and ebay said it would. (Obviously this is an estimate, and I've already explained that it was 2nd class untracked - why on Earth would it arrive next day)?
But yeah, I want to help them with this item, then make sure I never have to deal with them again. Don't have the time or patience for these kinds of pedantics.
If I block them now does it still allow contact regarding this item?
