This platform make me rage with lack of common sense, its continual, its seems everyting is not here to assist ME (us) their biggest customer
So I have 2 INR cases, both with tracking showing delivered, both with a full and clean message system showing how (I) resolve my customers issues and reciprical messages showing they the customer are now happy. I call this customer service! and get happy customers
I dont like to hassle customers asking them to do Ebays admin, so contact CS as I have done many times in the past asking them to close the INR cases, told no can do I have to wait, the ask Ebay button to step in now removed
