On feedback there’s only positive, what if you have a issue & don’t want to leave positive feedback?

As a seller, you can only leave positive feedback.

As a buyer, there should be 3 boxes to choose from under 'how was your experience with this seller'.

You have to wait 7 days before you can leave neutral or negative feedback.

Then don't leave feedback. It's worthless and unfit for purpose anyway.

If you're the buyer it depends what the issue is and if you want to increase the chances of the seller being able to help you towards an outcome you're happy with i.e. contact the seller first.

 

How a seller responds to an issue is an important way of assessing them for when you come to leave feedback.

 

If you don't contact the seller first, but just leave neutral/negative feedback, you're probably past getting the issue resolved and, depending, all you're doing is venting. From point of view of a good seller, you've frustrated their chance to help you.

You only have to wait 7 days if the seller is a 'high-powered' one/Top seller/whatever...

 

I got a neg 30 mins after the buyer received the item (using the neg to ask for a return for 'evanssake!)
