FLOP since yet another *bleep* and backwards policy from ebay staff

1 order in 1 month since seller protection changes on my personal account where i used to get 4 or 5 orders a week. Im sure its the same for everyone yeh. SO why are ebay destroying sales on purpose and putting a lying advert ' free to sell on ebay ' on tv? What other platforms are better to sell on now? Thoughts please?????

Thoughts please?????

Many buyers now check out the seller before buying to ensure that they are not paying unnecessary fees because the seller is a business but using a private account.

Private sellers cannot be holding stocks of and selling brand new items.

In fact everything you sell is brand new.

Have you drop the price off your listing since the seller protection or are the same as before .

Re: FLOP since yet another *bleep* and backwards policy from ebay staff

If I was looking to buy the type of items you are selling, brand new, I would be looking for sensible prices, i.e. prices in round pounds, or ending with 99p.

When I see all random-looking prices, like your listings, it suggests to me that this is someone using a private account, as it's the BPF which usually causes the odd pricing.

Why would I buy "brand new" items from a "private" seller, who gives me less consumer protection than a properly registered business seller, selling at the same price, would?

The answer is, that I wouldn't. Since there are now differences in prices and shipping methods, buyers are being more selective in their choices of product and seller. You don't compare favourably in either of these.
