Evri lost parcel

Hi Evri has informed my buyer the parcel is lost so I have refunded but they are ignoring all my messages to get a refund - any ideas?

How did you purchase the postage?

If you purchased the postage through eBay via Packlink then you need to submit a claim with Packlink rather than the actual carrier.

Very helpful as I need to enquire over a fake label attached to a different parcel using my Yodel tracking numbers.  Have spent hours getting image photos & 2 "live chats" with 2 teams who refer me back to "retailer"!  Have now written to Packlink who have promised a reply within 24 hours ....

Proof also says its been lost? 

Like proof of picture or something as on rare occasion buyer claims its lost and then ignore seller just waiting for refund

Not surprised  parcels go missing evri only pay drivers 45 to 50p per parcel so they need to deliver at least 20 per hour to even make £10

Ebay should stop using them

Tracking says delivered when sometimes they are not

Beware of trying to contact Evri through instagram, its full of scammers who contact you. Evri are the pits , they are like a person who has changed his name to hide his past, a leopard doesn't change its spots, if the depot staff aren't helping themselves then its the drivers . Avoid using them at all costs

Hi I've got the same problem sent 3 items through post office with Evri I have lost the value off the items pluss the cost to send them .I got no answer off Evri. £80 out of pocket. Any advice on how to get it back thanks Marie

Did you post through the EBay site? If so, go to Packlink - they will sort
it out and get your refund.

How did you pay for the shipping label? Did you purchase it via eBay or directly from Evri's website?

YES, DON'T USE EVRI, THEY ARE *bleep*, WHEN THEY WERE CALLED MY HERMES THEY LOST AROUND TEN PARCELS OF MINE SO STOPPED USING THEM, SAME USELESS STAFF DIFFERENT NAME, I NOW USE ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 OR 48, CHEAPER AND THEY COLLECT FOR FREE.

Me to has anyone ever had the lost parcels returned or refunded off Evri its a joke is there any of speaking to an actual person. Or do i just put it down as a loss and let it go regards Marie

All this messing about has put me off selling stuff on eBay. I only sell bits now and again to decluter . Nearly everything i sell is under £10 .Apart from the last 3  £50 £20 £10 All have been lost . So I'm making money then loseing it .It's just not worth the stress .Think it just going to be a trip to charity shop from now . Kind regards Marie

 I am in a similar situation having always used RM. I used Evri (against my better judgement) to post an item to a long standing, returning customer. I have never has any problems until now, you guessed it, Evri have the item flagged as in the system (13 days). Upon contacting them, I have been told to issue a refund and they will get back to me. I have refunded the item and will not hold my breath.

So they knew they were getting lots of complaints but recommended them anyway? If it was me I would certainly be asking them why they did that on my next visit!
